Our Dark Fall Honey is made mainly from goldenrod and Japanese knotweed (bamboo) blossoms, giving it a naturally deep color and a big autumn flavor. Think smoky, woody, earthy notes with a rich, molasses-like sweetness and a little nuttiness on the finish.
