All custom labels, personalization requests, and related content ,including, but not limited to, artwork, graphics, photographs, logos, trademarks, names, initials, monograms, dates, wording, phrases, slogans, quotations, fonts, colors, layouts, themes, symbols, illustrations, and all other visual or textual design elements, are subject to Buffalo Bee Company’s review and written approval prior to production.
Buffalo Bee Company reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to refuse, revise, suspend, delay, or cancel any customization request, in whole or in part, at any time prior to production, if it determines that the requested content or design is inconsistent with its brand standards, values, aesthetic, quality expectations, reputation, artistic direction, intellectual property rights, operational capabilities, safety standards, applicable law, or for any other legitimate business reason.
Submission of artwork, text, logos, photographs, or other materials does not guarantee acceptance, approval, reproduction, or production. Buffalo Bee Company is under no obligation to produce, modify, or explain the acceptance or rejection of any customization request.
All product photographs, mockups, digital proofs, colors, fonts, layouts, and label designs displayed on this website are representative only. Final products may vary slightly due to printing processes, handcrafted production, natural variations in honey, and material availability.
By placing a custom order, the customer represents and warrants that they have obtained all necessary rights, permissions, licenses, and authorizations to use any submitted names, logos, artwork, photographs, trademarks, copyrighted material, or other content, and agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Buffalo Bee Company from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from the use of customer-supplied materials.
