Golden Summer Honey is gathered primarily from Black Locust, Honeysuckle, and Basswood blossoms. Smooth and floral, it carries notes of peach and mint with a subtle spicy finish. It is a beautiful choice for morning oatmeal, yogurt, toast, fresh fruit, coffee, and tea.
 
Dark Fall Honey comes from the late-season blooms of Japanese Knotweed and Goldenrod. Dark, complex, and full-bodied, it offers notes of brown sugar, molasses, malt, toasted nuttiness, and a gentle earthy finish. It pairs especially well with afternoon tea, evening espresso, lattes, chai, sharp cheeses, hearty breads, and desserts with warm spices.
