Our Raw Dark Honeycomb is fall honey in its purest form: a 13.0 oz piece of comb filled with raw, dark honey crafted from the flowers of Japanese knotweed and WNY fall goldenrod. It has a naturally deep color and a bold, autumn flavor – smoky, woody, earthy, molasses-like, with a toasted nutty flavor.
 
The wax comb is fully edible and softly chewable, releasing mineral rich honey with every bite.
